THE DRUMS!!!.....

Today we worked on finshing the drums. We spray painted them and made them look nice for the competition. We also worked on making bucky balls for the competition also.

Today we worked on making the Drums and created and printed our logo. We did all this for team spirit. We also did some extra work on the robot, like programing and adding and fixing attachments.

Head Bands !

Today we worked on head bands and did some work own robot. We need to finish the head bands for team spirit. Here is a preview of our head bands.

Spirit Work! Robot not in NEED!

Today we discovered its not just that the robot has to score the most points,to advance to the National tournament and only one team from the State competition can advance to the National Competition. We have to get the highest overall points like the research and technical and SPIRIT. So today we worked on spirit and made headbands. We ironed them and have a goal of making 200 headbands!

Today we worked on advertising about our Competition thats coming up and advertising about our hoodies that we made so we can raise some money for the robotics team. Here are the pictures of the fliers that we used to advertise.

NEW! DESIGNS

Today we discovered a new booklet from Japan but is also in English so we can also understand. This booklet shows lots of ideas for the robot. So we used these ideas and worked on them. We also worked on other stuff for the future competition because this book has a lot of ideas.

HAVE TO GET FOCUS!!!

Today we got our focus on by 200%. We had to get serious because our coach got an e-mail from the head of First Lego League that only one team from each state competition can go on to the Nation competition. So our coach (Mr.Justin) told us that we have to make sure that the robot can score more than or at least 100 points. If it dosen `t we`re going to start from scratch. We also had to sort our pieces and built our travel kit. We have to sort our pieces because we need to be prepared for EVERYTHING!

Lego Movie and Fix Problem !

Today we discovered a new program called iStopMotion. You could take motion pictures and the it turns into a movie. We are making a Lego movie for our research project. Today we also discovered a new problem with our robot. We found out a problem with our gear, it BROKE. So we had to fix it.
